RoleManager allows an instance owner or client with permissions to manage other roles with the ability to set permissions and defined permissions. (Defined Permissions allow you to set a permission set by the developer.)

(Requires more options)

• Creates a new role (defaults all permissions to false)
• Edits a role's permissions.
• Delete's a role from the instance.
• Adds a client to a specific role.
• Removes a client from a specific role.
• Edit's a role color.
