Features
Fixed the issue where data won't be loaded in properly. Now it should let you load in when you are setting up your room.
Added the ability to make rules in your chat and have it persist. (Unless you clear your browser's data.)
Now the rules should pop up when you enter in a session. Sadly I believe it will be an annoyance but it will pop up everytime you enter into someone's session.
