Globally reports the socket to the Instantiated Staff members who will look and review the report. Remember that it depends on what actions the staff members take (staff may end up either banning the user's ip address if the situation is law breaking or if it's just a minor situation then the user will receive a flag meaning whenever they join a session, only the host will see what type of flags that person has on record and the host of that session can decide if your flags are ban worthy or not.)

The server will file the report as a text document and will send a success message:

If the server fails to file the report then the server will send a failed message:
